When it comes to your bingo account, there are a number of terms you may not be familiar with. To make things easier, we have broken them down in the table below.

| Active Bonus | A bonus that you have accepted and which remains active in your Account. A Bingo Bonus will generally be active where the Wagering Requirements have not yet been completed in full and the time period for completing the Wagering Requirements in full has not yet expired. |
| Bonus Balance | The amount of funds held in the wallet labelled "Bonus" where the bonus funds are held until all of the requirements for completion of the Bingo Bonus have been fulfilled. |
| Cash Balance | The amount of money held in the wallet labelled "Cash". Any money that you deposit into your Account and all winnings from bets placed using your own money will be held in your Cash Balance. |
| Bingo Bonus | A bonus that is for use solely for purchasing bingo tickets. |
| Side Games / Mini Games | Side games or Mini Games are games that play within the Bingo Lobby. The games will play alongside your Bingo Games. Games that open separately to the Bingo Lobby are not considered a Side Game at Ladbrokes Bingo. Some exclusions may apply, check the promotional terms for more information. |
| GVC Linked Rooms | A GVC Linked room is a Bingo Room available across more than one Bingo Site. If a tangible prize is displayed for such a Room, the player is only eligible for the prize if they are playing on the site advertising the prize. Players from other sites will be awarded a cash alternative the next day. |
| Excluded Games | Casino style games, such as Roulette, Blackjack etc, are excluded from the qualification for Bingo promotions. Any bets placed on Excluded Games will not contribute towards any applicable Qualifying Requirements for that Bonus. |
| General Website Terms and Conditions | The Terms and Conditions available here. The General Website Terms and Conditions will always apply to your Bonus. |
| Pending Winnings | The amount of funds held in the wallet labelled "Pending Winnings". This will include any winnings made from bets placed with your bonus funds. These funds will only move to your Cash Balance once the Wagering Requirements applicable to the Active Bonus have been met. |
| Promotional Period | The period for which the promotion will be available before expiring. This may be subject to qualification periods. |
| Promotional Terms & Conditions | The terms and conditions which are specific to the promotion, and how to qualify for the Bonus. Each promotion will have it’s own Terms and Conditions. |
| Qualifying Game | Any game which is not an Excluded Game. Games that would need to be played to count towards qualification of the promotion. |
| Wagering Requirements | The total value of bets you will need to place on qualifying games within the Promotional Period to be allowed to withdraw any winnings sitting in your Bonus Balance and/or Pending Winnings. |
