PROMOTIONAL TERMS

Any terms or conditions listed below are general and will be superseded by any terms or conditions listed on specific offers. Unless otherwise stated, the following apply to all Ladbrokes promotions:

Offers / Promotions:

•     Only one Free Bet offer is available per customer, per household, per shared computer and shared IP address.
•     Void bets do not count. Where a qualifying bet becomes void, Ladbrokes reserves the right to cancel the Free Bet issued.
•     Free Bets do not count towards qualifying for any promotions.
•     You must be aged 18 years or over to bet and participate in any Ladbrokes promotion.
•     Only the win parts of each-way bets qualify, where applicable.
•     Tote or pools bets or bets placed on Ladbrokes Exchange do not qualify for promotions.
•     Offers are not open to restricted customers.

•     Free Bet tokens will be valid for 7 days.
•     Free Bet tokens can be redeemed online, on mobile or via telebetting.
•     Free Bets must be used in their entirety as a Win Single on any sport and cannot be split into multiple stakes. A Free Bet token cannot be partially redeemed. If you attempt to place a bet for a lesser total  stake than the value of your Free Bet, the remaining value of the Free Bet will be void.
•     Free Bets are non-refundable. Stakes will not be returned on winning bets placed with Free Bet tokens.
•     Free Bets cannot be redeemed on any other online product Poker, Casino, Live Casino, Games, Bingo, Lottos, Virtuals, Slots, Exchange or be used to fund Tote or pool bets.
•     Redeemed Free Bets will not count toward qualification to view streamed events.
•     Free Bets do not count towards qualifying for any other promotions.
•     As of the 1st November 2012 the minimum spend on telebetting is £/€25 per call.

•     Free Bet Vouchers will be issued on collection of winnings/presentation of losing receipt.
•     Free Bet Vouchers are valid for 24 hours after issue.
•     Valid in Ladbrokes shops in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland only.
•     Standard Free Bet Vouchers are valid only for bets placed over the counter; they are not valid for Gaming Machines or BetStation. Gaming Machines or BetStation vouchers are valid only on Gaming Machines or BetStation; they are not valid for bets placed over the counter.
•     The stake is not included in any returns and no cash alternative to the Free Bet Voucher is offered.

•     Ladbrokes may place restrictions on your account, including deposit restrictions, in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. Ladbrokes will not be responsible should these restrictions affect your ability to complete the requirements of any Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
•     Ladbrokes accepts no responsibility for system or connection problems that might affect any end user during the promotion.
•     Ladbrokes reserves the right, at its discretion, to exclude individual customers from any Ladbrokes promotions, including Money Back and Free Bet offers.
•     Ladbrokes may determine, at its discretion, whether it believes different entries or accounts are connected to the same person, using whatever methods it deems appropriate.
•     In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions Ladbrokes reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate in its absolute discretion.
•     Certain In-Play markets are settled by an external company therefore your Free Bet may take up to 24 hours to be assigned to your account. •     If the terms of the offer are breached or there is evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, enhanced payments, Free Bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, Ladbrokes reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in their absolute discretion either settle bets at the correct odds, void the Free Bets or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus.
•     In addition Ladbrokes reserves the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, Free Bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs. We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting any Free Bet or offer to their account.
