CLASH OF THE DAY PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

BEFORE CLAIMING THIS PROMOTION IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS ON WHICH THIS PROMOTION CAN BE CLAIMED. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN CLAIMING THIS PROMOTION. IN PARTICULAR, PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE RESTRICTIONS AND WAGERING REQUIREMENTS, AS EXPLAINED BELOW.

These terms and conditions apply to this “Clash Of The Day” Promotion (the "Promotion"). They should be read alongside the General Sports Terms & Conditions, General Casino Bonus Terms & Conditions and our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed  HERE and HERE.

    PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
  1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) daily from 00:01 (UK time) on 7th August 2023 until further notice (the "Promotional Period").
    2. WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION
  2. The Promotion is available to customers of ladbrokes.com (the "Website") who:
    1. have a verified Website account;
    2. are over 18 years of age; and
    3. are eligible to receive Website promotions (an "Eligible Player").
  3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE.
    4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION
  4. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must:
    • Log in to their Website account;
    • Choose their Fanzone team (if not already chosen)
    • Access the Fanzone landing page for their chosen team during the Promotional Period;
    • Launch “Clash Of The Day” (defined below at term 8); and
    • Play “Clash Of The Day” during the Tournament Period (defined at term 9) and accumulate points during the tournament length (defined below) by:
      1. spinning the reel; and
      2. deploying ‘Tactics’ (detailed at term 17) when available.
  5. Eligible Players will collect points by completing rounds of "Clash Of The Day”. Eligible Players who have accumulated enough points from “Clash Of The Day” throughout the Tournament Period (defined below) will be entered on a weekly leaderboard based on their final score at the end of each clash of the day round.
  6. Eligible Players who have reached the leaderboard, will have their usernames displayed on the leaderboard table. By participating in a “Clash Of The Day” Tournament, Eligible Players acknowledge that their usernames may be listed on the leaderboard.
  7. Eligible Players who rank on the leaderboard at the end of the Tournament Period (see term 9 below) will receive one of the rewards listed at term 23.
    8. CLASH OF THE DAY TOURNAMENT MECHANICS
  8. "Clash Of The Day” tournaments are free to play tournaments and consist of multiplayer head-to-head battles ("Clash Of The Day Battles") which give Eligible Players a chance to collect points during the Tournament Period to gain entry onto a leaderboard to win rewards.
  9. One “Clash Of The Day” tournament will be held each week during the Promotional Period, between Monday 00:01 to Sunday 23:59 (the “Tournament Period”). The full tournaments schedule can be found on the “Clash Of The Day” promotional page.
  10. It is not a requirement for an Eligible Player to remain in game for the whole Tournament Period, only to use their available Clash Of The Day Battles within this time.
  11. The “Clash Of The Day” Tournament promotional page will detail the following:
    • "Clash Of The Day" - a Slot Masters version of the specific slot game (bonus rounds removed, run off a random number generator to make all play random).
    • "Battle Length" - the duration of the battle.
    • "Number of Players" - the number of players required for the battle.
    • "Games you have left today" - the number of tournaments remaining for the day.
    • "Tournament Ends" - the date and time the Tournament Period completes.
    • "Tournament Starts In" - the date and time the Tournament Period starts.
    • "Available Tactics" - all Tactics and the number of each available for the battles.
    • "Leaderboard" - the leaderboard table detailing the top players, points and the rewards.
  12. Upon accessing the “Clash Of The Day” tournament promotional page, an Eligible Player must click on "Play" which will launch a “Clash Of The Day” Battle and place them with an opponent.
  13. Opponents will be other Eligible Players chosen at random. In the event live players are not available, an Eligible Player will play against an automated BOT.
  14. Once the “Clash Of The Day” Battle starts, Eligible Players need to press the "Spin" button to play and continue to press the spin button to accumulate points.
  15. When a Chest symbol lands on the middle reel, the reels will stop spinning and show a selection of Tactics to choose from. Each Tactic has a different power and can be used to accumulate more points, protect existing points held or affect an opponent’s points.
  16. Eligible Players must choose a Tactic and then select an opponent, by clicking on the red target that appears over the opponents’ reels, to attack with their chosen Tactic.
  17. Tactics which can be used include:
    • KEEPER: Blocks opponents centre reel for a period of time.
    • VAR: Freezes opponents Reels for a period of time.
    • FOUL: Locks opponents Chests for a period of time.
    • TACKLE: Slashes 50% of the opponents balance.
    • OFFSIDE: Destroys 100% of opponents balance.
    • YELLOW CARD: Steals 50% of opponents’ balance.
    • RED CARD: Steals 100% of the opponents balance.
    • WALL: Defends against all attacks for a period of time.
  18. Each “Clash Of The Day” Battle will last for a minimum of 1 minute up to a maximum of 3 minutes depending on the Clash Of The Day Tournament entered (the "Battle Length").
  19. The Eligible Player with the most points at the end of the Battle Length will win that Clash Of The Day Battle.
  20. The number of Clash Of The Day Battles which an Eligible Player can participate in, during a Clash Of The Day Tournament, will be specified in the Clash Of The Day Tournament lobby.
  21. The leaderboard will update after each Clash Of The Day Battle ends.
  22. Once the Tournament Period is over, Eligible Players who rank in the leaderboard will be rewarded based on the leaderboard reward structure which can be found on the "Clash Of The Day" Tournament promotional landing page HERE.
  23. Rewards include: Golden Goal free games, free spins or free bets.
  24. Eligible Players with Euro (€) accounts are paid in a Euro value equivalent to GBP (£). For example, £5 Free Bet = €5 Free Bet.
    25. GOLDEN GOAL FREE GAME SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
  25. If an Eligible Player is awarded a “Golden Goal” game they will receive a Casino Bonus Reward worth £0.20 to be used only on “Golden Goal” game within 24 hours following the end of the Tournament Period.

  27. The Wagering Requirements for this Bonus Reward are as follows:
    • A WAGERING REQUIREMENT OF 1 TIME THE BONUS REWARD AMOUNT. For example: £0.20 BONUS = £0.20 WAGERING.
  28. The above Wagering Requirements for the Bonus Reward must be met within seven (7) days of being credited to an Eligible Player’s Website account. If the Wagering requirements are not met within seven (7) days, any funds in an Eligible Player’s Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.
  29. An Eligible Player can withdraw the funds in their Cash Balance wallet at any time before the necessary Wagering Requirements have been met (whilst their Casino Bonus is active). If an Eligible Player elects to withdraw the funds in their Cash Balance wallet at any time before the necessary Wagering Requirements are met, they will forfeit any winnings in their Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet.
  30. This Bonus Reward can only be used on the “Golden Goal “game.
  31. Stakes placed on any other Website game(s) will not contribute towards the necessary Wagering Requirements for the “Golden Goal” Bonus Reward.  
    32. FREE SPINS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
  32. An Eligible Player will only be able to use their Free Spins on the games specified in the pop up.
  33. Each Free Spin has a value of £0.10.
  34. The maximum number of Free Spins that an Eligible Player can receive from this Promotion is 25 and the minimum is 3.
  35. Free spins will be credited within 24 hours of the Tournament Period end.
  36. Eligible Players must use their Free Spins within 48 hours of them being credited to their Website account, otherwise they will expire and not be reissued.
  37. Any winnings from the Free Spins will be credited to the cash balance of an Eligible Player’s Website account. There are no wagering requirements to the winnings obtained from the Free Spins.
  38. There is no cash alternative to the Free Spins.
    39. FREE BETS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
  39. If an Eligible Player is awarded a Free Bet, they will receive a Free Bet for the value of £1 within 24 hours of the tournament end time.
  40. An Eligible Player will have 7 days to use the £1 Free Bet. After this time it will be removed and will not be re-issued.
  41. The Free Bet is for use on any Sportsbook market.
  42. Free Bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
  43. The Free Bet cannot be cashed out.
  44. The value of the Free Bet will not be included in any winnings.
  45. The Free Bet is not returned if the Free Bet wager becomes void.
    46. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
  46. Promoter: LC International Limited registered in Gibraltar under the number 46808 and having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.
  47. The Promoter may place restrictions on an Eligible Player’s Website account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that players can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect the player's ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes
  48. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify and/or is excluded from receiving its offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
  49. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
  50. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
  51. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to a player’s account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
