How does it work?

The Cash Out feature allows you to settle your bet before the event you’ve bet on has finished.

Your bet will be settled at a ‘Cash Out price’ which is calculated from the price at the time of your initial bet placement, and the price at the time of your Cash Out request. This will be different to the original price you accepted.

Let's say...

You back Arsenal to win 2-0 against West Ham. Arsenal go 2-0 up inside 20 minutes. Do you sit on your bet and hope for no more goals, or do you Cash Out and take your winnings?

How do I Cash Out?

Select ‘Cash Out’ on your bet slip, confirm your decision and wait for the confirmation message to appear.

  • If the Cash Out value decreases between pressing ‘Cash Out’ and confirmation, you will be informed of a new value and presented a new Cash Out confirmation at the current price.
  • If the Cash Out value increases between pressing 'Cash Out' and confirmation you will receive the higher value.

Is Cash Out always available?

No. Like our streaming service, the Cash Out facility is an added feature. You should never place bets under the assumption that you will be able to Cash Out later.

How will I know if Cash Out is available on my bet?

To see if you can Cash Out:

  • On Desktop, visit the My Bets section on the betslip to see if Cash Out is available.
  • On Mobile, if Cash Out is available on your bet, you will see a Cash Out button in the ‘My Accas’, ‘Bet History’ and ‘My Bets’ sections.

The ‘Cash Out’ button will be greyed out when it is unavailable. Clicking the ‘i’ will explain why it has been suspended.

Why would Cash Out not be available?

Cash Out can be unavailable for several reasons:

  • Your bet containing markets that are not eligible for Cash Out;
  • One or more of the markets in your bet is suspended;
  • Cash Out value would be £0;
  • The number of selections in your accumulator is more than 14;
  • We decided not to offer Cash Out at the time. See ‘Is Cash Out always available?’ at the top of this page.

1. This Sports Promotion is ongoing. If we decide to withdraw this Sports Promotion, this will not impact any Qualifying Bets you have placed during the Promotional Period before such withdrawal.

6. Where an error results in an incorrect amount being offered that is subsequently cashed out, then the Cash Out transaction will be made void and the original bet will be settled on the final result with the correct prices applied to the bet. If further attempts are made to place bets or cash out on markets that are affected by an error before the error is corrected, then the cashed-out amount and the stakes will be made void.

7. Bets will not be placed with the sole intention to cash out, as availability is never guaranteed. 

8. Single and Multiple bets placed both pre-match and in-play are eligible to cash out

9. Cash Out is only available on bets where all selections placed are from eligible markets. 

10. A Cash Out offer is subject to a time delay; price fluctuations or market suspensions during this time may result in a new Cash Out offer being made, or in the suspension or removal of Cash Out on that selection or market at that time. 

11. Selected markets available only on mobile.

12. The Cash Out offer considers the following factors: selection, prices taken, and current bet status.

13. Once a successful Cash Out message is returned for a full Cash Out, the bet is settled immediately and deemed final. No further event outcome will contribute to that bet.

14. Cash Out is subject to a maximum Cash Out cap of £50,000 per bet. All offers are inclusive of stake. 

15. Bets that qualify for bonuses such as Lucky 15/31/63 will not have the bonus applied in addition to the Cash Out offer. Cash Out acceptance is final.

16. Bets placed that qualify or contribute to any other offer including enhanced price specials are not eligible for Cash Out and will not appear under the Cash Out tab.

17. Ladbrokes reserve the right to amend, suspend or remove Cash Out availability at any time on any market or to any customer.

18. In the event of an error in our pricing, the affected selection(s) may not be cashed out. If Cash Out has been accepted in error, then the Cash Out transaction will be made void and the original bet will be settled on the final result with the correct prices applied to the bet.
