I clicked on the Instant Play link, but the software doesn’t load.
Our no-download software uses Java. Make sure you have the latest version of Java installed on your machine. The best way to check that is to open the link http://www.java.com/en/download/testjava.jsp from the same browser that you are accessing the Instant Play software from. It will tell you if the Java is updated and/or the Java plug-in is active on the browser. Follow the instructions shown on the page to fix the Java issue on your machine, if any, and then try to load the software.
