What is Horse Racing Bet Builder?

Horse Racing Bet Builder
Horse Racing Bet Builder lets you create custom bets by combining Winner, Top Finish and Race Winning Distance selections from the same race, giving you a unique accumulator with a live price that updates as you build it. You’ll need at least two selections, each horse can only appear once in any Top Finish position, and any combinations that can’t possibly occur are automatically blocked before you place your bet.

Using Horse Racing Bet Builder
Once you’ve created your bet, it settles according to the specific rules for each element:

  • Winner bets follow First Past The Post and Double Result (only when a winner is demoted)
  • Top Finish markets settle strictly on the Official Result
  • Race Winning Distance uses First Past The Post unless a horse takes the wrong course or carries the wrong weight, in which case, settlement will revert to the first legitimate finisher.

Dead heats are applied where necessary, and Best Odds Guaranteed never applies to any Bet Builder selections.

Non-Runners
If your chosen horse becomes a non-runner, the entire Bet Builder is void and your stake is returned, while in Bet Builder+ only the racing leg is void and the rest continues as normal. If a non-runner in the race isn’t one of your selections, the bet is settled at a revised price based on the Starting Price of the remaining runners and any applicable deductions, and for Top Finish markets the leg is void if the number of runners drops to the same or fewer than the places available.

Bet Builder Plus
Bet Builder Plus lets you combine your Horse Racing Bet Builder with selections from other sports and events to create a single accumulator, where a losing leg will settle the whole bet as a loss, but any void legs simply adjust the price and the remaining selections continue. This applies across all sports and overrides individual sport rules.

Cash Out
Cash Out isn’t available on any Bet Builder that includes horse racing selections, which also means mixed-sport Bet Builder+ bets aren’t eligible for Cash Out even if the other legs would normally qualify.

Limits and Errors
All Bet Builder and Bet Builder+ wagers are subject to maximum payout limits, and if any element of your bet is impacted by a pricing or technical error, the bet will either be corrected and resettled at the proper terms or made void if the correct terms cannot be generated.

How to Build a Bet
You can build your Horse Racing Bet Builder by choosing from the available markets:

• Winner – pick the horse you think will finish first
• Top Finish – choose a horse to finish in a listed placing, such as Top 2, Top 3 or Top 4
• Race Winning Distance – predict the winning margin of the race

As you add selections, your combined price updates instantly, the system blocks any selections that can’t logically occur, and you can confirm your bet once you have the minimum two legs in place.
