Basketball Rules

Aside from the following special betting rules, the general betting rules apply. The special rules will take precedence over the common rules nevertheless.

1. Overtime

If not otherwise stated, bets will be settled on the result, including overtime (for example, bets referring to the second half).

a.) The first half contains Quarter 1 and Quarter 2, the second half contains Quarter 3 and Quarter 4. Unless stated otherwise, overtime does not count for bets concerning Quarter 4.

2. Playing time

If the match is abandoned at any time then all bets will be void, except bets that were already decided at the time of abandonment. Except in the below cases:

If the match is abandoned before the end of the official outcome, the results are regarded to be official if less than five minutes are left at the time of abandonment. That means e.g.:

  • “43” minutes of play e.g. for NBA (48 minutes regular playing time)

  • “35” minutes of play e.g. for WNBA, NCAAB, FIBA (40 minutes regular playing time)

3. Highest Scoring Quarter

All four quarters of play must be completed. Overtime does not count. If the game is abandoned then all bets will be void unless, at the time of abandonment, the most points had already been scored within the fourth quarter. In the event of a tie between two or more quarters, Dead Heat rules apply.

4. Highest Scoring Half

Both halves of play must be completed. Overtime does not count. If the game is abandoned, all bets will be void unless, at the time of abandonment, the most points had already been scored in the second Half. In the event of both halves having the same amount of total points, bets will be void.

5. Date of Event

All games must be played on the scheduled calendar day and at the scheduled venue. Otherwise, all bets on the game will be void.

6. Half-Time / Full-Time

Overtime does not count.

7. Highest Team Points (Group Betting)

If a team is involved in an abandoned event, the points this team has made before abandonment count, and all bets are valid. If one of the involved teams´ matches does not start on the scheduled calendar day and venue, for whatever reasons, all bets will be void.

8. First Foul in the Game/Half/Quarter

This bet refers to all kinds of fouls, including personal and technical fouls. This rule also applies to subsequent fouls.

9. First Foul Out

Bets will be settled on the first player to be “fouled out” as a result of 6 fouls in the USA, or 5 fouls in non-American Basketball, called against the player in the game. Technical fouls and ejections do not count for this bet.

10. Division Champions

If the season is shortened for any reason, bets will be settled based on the Division Champion declared by the respective governing authority.

11. Drawn Match, No Draw Odds offered

If a Money Line, Total or Handicap bet ends in a draw and no odds have been offered for this option, all bets will be void.

12. "Grand Salami" / NBA

This bet refers to the total number of points scored over all the matches played on a given day. Only games played on the day count. Should any games be postponed, or any games added to the schedule after the initial odds have been posted, all bets will be void. Should any games be abandoned during play, all bets will be void.

All results will be taken from the official statistics by the official websites for each league (i.e. box scores) and also be based on recordings of live games. In case the company's statistics (based on TV coverage) differ from the official statistics, bets will be settled according to the company's statistics.

13. Player Special Bets

The respective player must compete in the game for bets to stand. For these, or similar, markets, concerning individual players’ match stats, overtime is included. With match/group bets on players' totals, Dead Heat rules will apply.

To Record a Double-Double, the player must record 10 or more in 2 of the following 5 statistical categories: Points, Rebounds, Assists, Blocks, Steals.

To Record a Triple-Double, the player must record 10 or more in 3 of the following 5 statistical categories: Points, Rebounds, Assists, Blocks, Steals.

14. Full Time Result with Handicap

  • You need to select which team will win the match, by taking the handicap into account.

  • Overtime will be included.

15. Half-Time Handicap

You need to select the team that will be leading on the handicap at half-time.

16. Over/Under

You need to predict whether the total number of points scored in a match will be over or under the stated number. Unless stated otherwise, overtime will be included.

17. Half-Time Result / Full-Time Result (& Draw Price)

Where we offer two-way betting on the final result, without a draw price, bets will be settled on the eventual winner of the match, including any overtime played.

You need to predict which team will win the first half and which team will win the match, i.e. the full-time result.

18. Race to 10, 20 & 50 Points

You need to predict which team will get to 10, 20 or 50 points first. However, if neither team reaches the specified points total, bets are void.

19. Race to x Statistic

Bets on which team/player will reach the specified statistic first. Should neither team/player reach the specified statistic, and a ‘Neither’ option is not offered, then bets on that market will be cancelled. In the event of a tie, the bet will be void.. Bets are cancelled on a player who does not take part in the match or who comes on as a substitute after the specified statistic has been recorded.

20. Player Most Statistic

Bets on which player will have the highest number of the specified statistic. If a player not listed is deemed the winner, all bets stand. Dead heat rules apply.

21. Half/Quarterly Betting Prices

The following rules apply: prices are offered on which team will win a specific quarter/half irrespective of the score going into that period; if the score in that period is a tie, then bets on both sides are void except for where a price has been offered for a draw; overtime is not included for fourth quarter betting. Bets are void if the specified period is not completed unless result is already determined.

22. Player Regular Season Specials & Match Bets

A named player must meet the relevant qualifying criteria below for bets to stand, otherwise bets on that player will be made void:

  • Total points / Rebounds / Assists / Steals / Blocks / Fouls / Turnovers / 3-point field goals: The player must play in at least 10 regular season games

  • Average points / Rebounds / Assists / Steals / Blocks / Fouls / Turnovers per game: The player must play in at least 70% of his team's regular season games

  • Average field goal percentage: The player must make at least 300 field goals during the season

  • Average 3-point percentage: The player must make at least 82 3-point field goals during the season

All averages will be rounded to one decimal point for settlement purposes.
