How do I receive and use my bonus?
- You can only receive your bonus as part of our Casino Welcome Bonus if you are a NEW Ladbrokes Casino customer and have not redeemed any of our other Casino Welcome Offers or offers that state you can only accept a specific offer.
- If you are registering from the UK your account should be verified upon signing up; if it is not, we will let you know. If you do hear from us, you can follow our guide on how to verify your account HERE.
- Once you have opened your account and become verified you will be able claim our Casino Welcome Bonus. To do this you will need to deposit and stake £10 on any Slots and any of the following Live Casino games: Premium European Roulette, Ladbrokes Roulette, Mega Fire Blaze Roulette Live, Well Well Well Live, Quantum Roulette Live, Crazy Time, Adventures Beyond Wonderland Live, Elevation Mega Fire Blaze Roulette, Monopoly Big Baller, Buffalo Blitz Live Slots and/or Spin A Win. What are wagering requirements?
- A wagering requirement is the number of times you need to play through a bonus before you’re able to withdraw any winnings.
- In this case, you’re given a £30 Bonus with a 40x wagering requirement. This means you need to spend £1,200 of Bonus funds on games (40 x £30).
- Your bonus can be used on any of these games: Ladbrokes Roulette, Premium European Roulette, Big Bass Splash, Fishin' Frenzy Even Bigger Fish, Gold Cash Freespins, Big Bass Vegas Double Down Deluxe, Age of the Gods God of Storms, Eye Of Horus, Fishin' Frenzy The Big Catch, Lock O' The Irish, Big Banker and/or Crazy Time.
- If you’ve spent £1,200 of Bonus funds within the 30 days, your winnings will show in your withdrawable balance.

Why do I not have my Bonus?
Here are a few common reasons:
- Your account may not be verified. Your account should be verified upon signing up with us, if it is not, we will let you know. For more help on verification please see our verification help pages HERE.
- Have you made sure to deposit and stake £10 on our qualifying games? If you have not deposited and staked the full £10 on any of our qualifying games, or if you have staked the £10 on a non-qualifying game, you will not qualify for the Casino Welcome Bonus.
- Deposits made via Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill or via any pre-payment card and certain debit cards will NOT qualify for this Promotion. Please deposit using a valid payment method at the following link - Deposit.
- Make sure to check your bonuses under the “Promotions” tab HERE when logged in (or keep an eye out for the pop-up message) as your Bonus could be waiting there to be accepted.
