• You’ll receive your 4 x £/€5 Free Bets straight away.
• You have 7 days to use your Free Bets, so get involved with the action.

How do I receive and use my Free Bets?

1. Sports Free Bets, as part of the Sports Welcome Offer, are only available to NEW UK and Republic of Ireland customers.
2. UK-based customers need to verify their account when signing up; we will notify you if it hasn’t been verified. Should you hear from us, you can follow our guide on how to verify your account HERE.
3. Once you’ve opened and verified your account, you can claim your Sports Welcome Offer. Simply place a £/€5 single or each-way bet at odds 1/2 or greater on any sportsbook market (excluding tote and pools). The Qualifying Bet/s must be made within 14 days of your account registration.
4. Once you have done this, we will credit your account with 4 x £/€5 Free Bets. You can view your available Free Bets by clicking the ‘Sports Free Bets’ option within the “Promotions” menu.
5. Your Free Bets must be wagered in full and can be used on win or each-way bets including - single, double, treble, four-fold and upward accumulator, forecast and combination.

What are the wagering requirements?

Our Sports Welcome Offer is free from wagering requirements and should you win from one of our Free Bets you are able to withdraw the winnings as soon as you like. The value of your free bet will not be included in any winnings.

Why do I not have my Free Bets?

Here are a few common reasons:

• Your account may not be verified. Your account should be verified upon signing up with us, if it isn’t we’ll let you know. For further help on verification please see our help pages HERE.
• You haven’t staked £/€5 on a full bet. You must stake at least £/€5 on a win or each-way bet this includes - single, double, treble, four-fold and upward accumulator, forecast and combination.
• You have made a deposit through an ineligible payment method. We don’t accept Prepaid Cards, Moneybookers, InstantBank, Paysafe, Neteller or Skrill. Please deposit using a valid payment method HERE.
• Make sure to check your bonuses under the ‘Sports Free Bets’ section of ‘Promotions’ in the upper right-hand side of the page when logged in (or keep an eye out for a pop-up message) as your bonus could be waiting there to be accepted.
• The Qualifying Bet/s must be made within 14 days of your account registration. Bets placed after this date will not qualify for this Sports Promotion.

Does my Free Bet have any restrictions?

Here are the restrictions on your Free Bet:

• Your Free Bet must be used within 7 days of it being credited to your account, otherwise it will expire.
• Free Bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
• Your free bet must be wagered in full, on any of the following sportsbook markets: Football, Horse Racing, Greyhound Racing, Tennis, Basketball, American Football, Boxing, Rugby Union, Rugby League, UFC, Cricket, Table Tennis, Darts, Golf, Snooker, Esports, Ice Hockey, Volleyball, Beach Volleyball, Gaelic Football, Pool, Specials.
• Free Bets obtained from this offer must be used on 4 separate sportsbook markets.
• Free Bets may not be used on any Virtual Sports markets, tote or pools.
• Please note that the value of your free bet will not be included in any winnings.
• Your Free Bet is not returned if your free bet wager becomes void.
• The same Maximum Pay Out restrictions set out in our General Website Terms & Conditions will equally apply to this Sports Promotion.
