I'm having a technical issue with my account. What information do I need to send?

In order to investigate technical issues in your account, please include the following information in your mail:

  • Do you have cookies and Javascript functions active?
  • Operating system (Windows 10 / Windows 11 / MacOS ...)?
  • Browser and version (Internet Explorer / Firefox / Chrome / Microsoft Edge / Safari for Mac ...)?
  • Your internet provider?
  • What Internet connection are you using (Fiber / 4G / 5G …)?
  • Do you have a firewall installed? If yes, which one?

The more detailed your description of the problem, the better we will be able to help you:

  1. What exactly doesn’t work?
  2. What error messages do you receive and when?
