I'm having a technical issue with my account. What information do I need to send?
In order to investigate technical issues in your account, please include the following information in your mail:
- Do you have cookies and Javascript functions active?
- Operating system (Windows 10 / Windows 11 / MacOS ...)?
- Browser and version (Internet Explorer / Firefox / Chrome / Microsoft Edge / Safari for Mac ...)?
- Your internet provider?
- What Internet connection are you using (Fiber / 4G / 5G …)?
- Do you have a firewall installed? If yes, which one?
The more detailed your description of the problem, the better we will be able to help you:
- What exactly doesn’t work?
- What error messages do you receive and when?
