My bet has been referred to traders - what happens?

There will be occasions where bets will be reviewed by our Trading Department.

After clicking "Place Bet." you will see a banner pop up just below the betslip icon, advising you that "your bet is being reviewed by one of our Traders", with a similar message to the below.

"Please note that you will need to tick the box next to the bet(s) that you wish to place once an offer has been returned by our Traders. If they accept your bet, it will go straight through to the Bet Receipt with confirmation that your bet has been placed."

If you submit a bet and our Traders and they accept the stake but not the price, it will appear with the price updated in red.

Please note that you will need to tick the box next to the bet(s) that you wish to place once an offer has been returned by our Traders.

If you attempt to place a bet and our Traders accept the stake but do not wish for the bet to be placed at any price, you will see the message below, with "SP" in red.

Please note that you will need to tick the box next to the bet(s) that you wish to place once an offer has been returned by our Traders.

There may be cases where the traders will accept part of the stake at the price and the remainder of the bet at a different price and/or SP.

For example, the customer wants £20 on Dravid @ 100/1. The Traders have reviewed the bet and have offered £10 @ 100/1 and £10 @ 66/1.

Please note that you will need to tick the box next to the bet(s) that you wish to place once an offer has been returned by our Traders.

There may be occasions where the Traders will accept part of the bet at the price, another part of the bet at a different price and a third part of the bet at SP.

In the example below, the customer wants £30 on Peace Pipe @ 100/1. The Traders have returned with the following offer:

£10 @ 100/1
£10 @ 50/1
£10 @ SP

Please note that you will need to tick the box next to the bet(s) that you wish to place once an offer has been returned by our Traders.

The message below will appear if our Traders have offered you a different bet and you have not accepted or declined the bet in time.

In order to resubmit the bet to our Traders, you will need to tick the box next to the bet and press "Reuse Selections".

If you attempt to place a bet which has been submitted to our Traders and they do not wish to take that or any other bet relating to that selection from you, you will receive a message stating "One or more of your bets have been declined".
